My name is Monica. My background as a nurse helped me develop attention to detail and a non-judgemental, compassionate approach.
I am here to help you reclaim control of your home by bringing back function and flow. I’ll create an organizing solution to allow you to simplify the clutter. I’ll help you maximize your storage space by making the most of it, so you can enjoy your place to the fullest.
Decluttering your home gives you control of your space and frees you from the emotional burdens that came with it. Balance, and not perfection, is one of the secrets of a happy home or office.

About the Founder
Hello my name is Monica, I’m originally from Uruguay (South America).
When I look back on my life, I realize that all the skills and knowledge acquired through the years lead me to where I am today. I truly believe that everything happens for a reason.
Back home, I worked for eleven years as a nurse. I also graduated from a hotel management school.
Since I’ve been in Canada I’ve worked as a family child care provider. I’ve helped my husband with his real estate agency. After my second child, I felt the need to change my occupation. I went back to school and I completed my grade 12 in English with the intention to return to the medical field. But I realized it would be too long of a process, so I decided I needed to find something else.
I’ve always been very passionate about organizing and helping people. I discovered the professional organizing business and I started to educate myself about it. I realized that this was my calling.
Organizing is in my DNA. I started my organizing career working for one of the best organizers in Vancouver. I learned on the job the tricks and skills of the trade. After 2 years as a professional organizer, I felt the need to move on to bigger things. That’s why I founded “Nice and Neat”. I love to see how my service transforms people’s lives for the better.
